I’m a real estate agent with Selling 817, focused on DFW-West (Fort Worth, Benbrook, Aledo, Keller, Weatherford, Eagle Mountain Lake, Arlington). I came out of 15 years in IT and data analytics, which means I don’t just talk about “modern marketing” and “strategy”—I build and run the whole system myself so it actually aligns: pricing models, cross-platform syndication, buyer-demographic targeting, high-conversion exposure, and timing that matches real activity patterns.
Day to day, I blend tech with taste: homes that fit the modern / western / luxury vibe our area is known for, backed by real market proof. Most of my clients aren’t brand new—they’re repeat and referral, and many become friends—because I keep the process simple, transparent, and calm. I explain the why, remove the confusion, and do the legwork so you can make smart decisions without the noise.
